On this site and other sitesa you can perform a WHOIS search on a domani name to determine who owns the domain name and how to contact them. Most domain name registrars allow domain owners to make the information private and in that case you would not be able to access any information about the owners of the domain.

Postel - The main man, the guy who created the Internet. Jon
is a legend in technical Internet circles. Jon passed away in
1998 leaving a profound legacy that has radically changed the
world and the way people communicate, collaborate and work.
- Tim
Berners Lee - Tim is the creator of HTML & the World Wide
Web. Tim made it all happen and the world has not been the same
since, a true pioneer. This is Tim's original
1989 proposal to create the WWW using hypertext markup language
(HTML) as the web publishing language.
- Mark Andreessen - In 1994, while
working at the Super Computing Center at the University of Illinois
Mark developed Mosaic, the first graphical web
browser. All web browsers used today are based on Mosaic architecture.
Mark went on to create the Netscape Corporation and the Netscape
Browser that was the #1 web browser for many years.
